Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to craft intuitive, elegant, and user-centered financial experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers to design seamless digital journeys that empower users to manage their finances confidently. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong visual design skills with deep UX thinking.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design from research to final implementation

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

• Conduct user research and usability testing

• Collaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect execution

• Build and maintain scalable design systems

• Improve user flows and optimize conversion rates

• Translate complex financial features into simple user experiences

• Maintain consistency across web and mobile platforms

Nice to Have

• Experience designing fintech or banking platforms

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving

• Familiarity with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles

• Experience working in agile product teams

• Understanding of data-driven design decisions
